Peter, thank you. Its been brilliant vicariously following you all on your journey, seeing the photos, reading the highlights and the comments. I have enjoyed your blogs and I am sure they will remain a wonderful memory for everyone who has participated and those that didn’t/
couldn’t.
Well done to you and to the organisers of the Tour as without them this event would not have happened.
You are welcome Glenda, it was a real shame you weren’t there. I remember when first arriving at the Nationals and seeing all the guy’s and very few wives/partners there, that the South Island might be in for a bit of a wild time. I should tell you about when ……. ahhh, better not. You know what they say, “whatever happens on tour, stays on tour”
I loved the word vicariously too! You know, that is exactly why I volunteered to do the blog. A few club members from Canterbury and the Central South Club met for a weekend in Peel Forest, we discussed how cool it would be to have a blog for family and friends to follow along, so a great choice of word.
